Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious room and beautiful views. The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, but the layout with a separate shower and toilet was convenient. While the breakfast offered fresh food, I found the selection quite limited. The pool area looked inviting, although I didn't have the chance to use it. Overall, it’s a decent option, but some improvements could enhance the experience.
I had a mixed experience at the Mandarin Oriental. While the hotel offered great views and very comfortable rooms, I faced some significant issues, such as a lack of air conditioning. The attentive service from the staff was commendable, but my experience with the valet service was frustrating and ultimately costly. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but room maintenance needs improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the view of the Andes from my large room was breathtaking, and the breakfast selection was quite good. However, the ongoing renovations were bothersome, and the air conditioning was so loud that it made staying there uncomfortable. While the staff was helpful, the construction work detracted from the overall experience, making it hard to enjoy my stay fully.
I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin. The rooms were stunning and had luxurious showers, and the food was absolutely delicious. The downtown location made it super easy to explore the sights, but unfortunately, the front desk service left something to be desired, especially during check-out when there were several billing errors. Overall, it was a beautiful stay with a few frustrating moments.
I have to say that my recent stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and offered great views of the mountains, and the overall atmosphere was quite relaxing. However, the service was lacking in several areas, particularly during meal times when wait times were excessively long. Also, the renovations had their drawbacks, affecting the once welcoming ambiance. Overall, it's a clean and comfortable place, but it still needs improvement in service and dining.
